which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of our guests,
please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies.
24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
We value our clients, and your time, and want to ensure you get your preferred appointment time and the service you deserve. In order to do this, we require a credit card to be entered into our secured online system to reserve your selected appointment time. *Please note: we will NOT charge your credit card at time of booking. It is only saved on file. The full amount is due in salon after your service is completed. We accept: Cash or Credit. Personal checks are NOT accepted.* We understand that unanticipated events happen. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hours' advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
8 Hours of Appointment or Less: Full amount is due when cancelling an appointment within 8 hours or less of the appointment scheduled.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged the full amount of the service for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your lash artist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session, and possibly have to reschedule. You will be responsible for the full amount of the session. Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guests appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.
Please Arrive On Time:
Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved especially for that guest, and we want you to get the most out of your appointment time. Please arrive on time.
Children & Vistors:
Due to our limited seating and to maintain our relaxing spa ambiance, our salon is reserved for clients only. Although we love children, please refrain from bringing them to your scheduled appointment. Our technicians focus 100% on their client and children cannot be monitored properly. If you should decide to bring your child to your appointment, we will have to reschedule & charge you for the full amount of your session. For the safety of your children, and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
Service to Minors:
Children under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian present to sign our waiver and consent forms before receiving services. Please note, online bookings cannot be made by or for persons under 18 years of age.
Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians. Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room. We reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone.
New Client Touch Ups: We can not accept clients who have had their current full set applied by another salon/individual. We apologize for any inconvenience, but with the sudden urge of non-licensed/unqualified individuals attempting to do this service, we are seeing an increasing amount of improper applications resulting in damaged lashes. Therefore, we cannot in good faith work "on top" of another's poor work. If you unknowingly trusted someone non-licensed/unqualified to apply your extensions or are having a bad experience, please schedule a professional removal. A full removal will stop your lashes from shedding unnaturally and or leaving bald spots. If you should choose to have a removal done, please schedule that service at a minimum of 48 hours prior to your full set application.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If for any reason you would like to change anything about the service you received, please contact our salon within 3 days of the original service date so we can work together until you are 100% satisfied.
Please come to your appointments with clean eyelashes/free of make up. Doing so will not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes also have the best retention! If you are unable to do so, your stylist can wash your eyelashes or remove your eye make up for you. However, this will limit the amount of time spent on applying lashes.
To maintain a healthy environment at MegaLash Studio, we kindly ask for any clients that have any symptoms of sickness or have a family member that is ill to please be sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.
